Do you just paint the roof? No, we fully restore the roof. Restoration is the complete repair, renovation and painting of your roof including the integrity of the structure and coating. Competitors’ offerings may include painting and nothing more - with no repairs or preventative measures. Are you licensed? Yes. We hold licenses from the Building Services Authority. We are also members of the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association. How long will my roof restoration take to complete? It actually takes approximately three (3) days. There is no disruption to your lifestyle and we do not need access to the interior of your home. Are you insured? Yes, definitely. Do you take all safety measures? We adhere to all occupational health and safety measures relevant to the workplace. How good is your colour range? We have an excellent colour range and can also match your desired colour. What kind of guarantee do you offer? We have a ten (10) year guarantee on our Roof membrane and 7 years for workmanship. Only top quality products are used. Most of our competitors only offer seven (7) years or less; usually on materials only. Why are you better than your competitors? Our team of tradespeople work to PJ Group standards to guarantee uniformity of work and quality control. We do not employ high-pressure salespeople. There are no middlemen to add to your costs. On most occasions, Peter Frazer (the company owner) will visit and supply expert advice and a complete competitive quote. You can't get better service than that! We are always competitive, but think about what is really more important - a quality job expertly finished with a ten-year guarantee, or saving a few dollars?
